Melton Mowbray Town Estate was founded in 1549 for the benefit of the Town’s citizens. Today, the Estate still works for the benefit of the people of Melton Mowbray, promoting cultural and recreational activities, managing parks, sports grounds, leisure facilities, and the twice-weekly Melton Town Market.

We manage and invest in Melton Town Market, held every Tuesday and Saturday in Market Place in Melton Mowbray Town Centre. This vibrant and genuine street market caters to everyone, whether they’re shopping for gifts or finding the freshest ingredients.

Sysonby Acres is a haven for camping and sport, boasting a well-appointed caravan and camping site and an 18-hole golf, foot golf, and disc golf course! Framed by mature trees and acres of rolling green fairways, the course attracts national tournaments in disc golf and foot golf, and campers from all over the country wanting to explore the East Midlands countryside.
